Posted By : Jobs Mobile No. : 2 Location : Dubai Ad Type : Job Available A leading architectural consulting firm is looking to hire a Civil Engineer- High Rise Building with the below roles and responsibilities: • Have experience in high rise buildings projects & its execution, • Responsible for the final materials submittals and review, which shall be forwarded to the Department with recommendations for final approval. • Site Safety Monitoring wherein the monitoring activities, meetings, reviews, safety violations, rectification measures, and accident reports are included in the Monthly Progress Report. • Inspect safety conditions and inform the Contractor of construction safety violations and follow up action to be taken. • Review and approve the Contractor’s plans for protection of existing buildings and structures. • Coordination with other Contractors, Departments and Agencies. • Develop and produce construction plan drawings • Pavement analysis and design. • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Review project schedules with senior management and project team members; revise schedules plan as required • Determine the objectives and measures upon which projects will be evaluated at completion, • Develop forms and records to document project activities, • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured, • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project • Reviews the plans and financial projections for the job to be sure that they are accurate and reasonable. CAD, AutoCAD, Design Skills, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual Skills, Legal Compliance, Drafting, LISP, Problem Solving Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models. • Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data. • Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs. • Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.
