WE'RE HIRING Operation Manager Operation Manager required urgently for a Luxury and Sports Car Rental Company The Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations that include but not limited to managing employees, acquire sales / leads, build and maintain relationships, control operations, and oversee accounting (AMIN DOIN EASY ROAD CAR RENTAL L.L.C •Manage the operations/sales teams. • Purchase and sell vehicles as per business requirements. • Develop strong business relations needed for the business growth. • Increase the company's sales network in the UAE. • Attend to customer queries and follow the aftersales issues. • Handle and update all car rental platforms. • Control and supervise the vehicles maintenance, cleaning, repair. etc. •Acquire sales leads, reaching the yearly sales target. • Support the operations team at vehicle delivery, pickup, and follow-up office work. • Supervise updating the social media platforms & guide the marketing activities. • Coordinate and handle all official relations, including but not limited to RTA and other government authorities. • Ensuring service levels are adhered to by all team members. • Proactively address potential threats or problems. • Knowledgeable in RTA rent a car system. • Experience in car rental / lease sales / events transportation / fleet solution.
